How to use Put the sauna hat on your head before entering the sauna, covering the entire top of your head. Adjust so that it fits comfortably without tightening. Relax in the sauna while the hat protects your head from the extreme heat. The hat will help maintain a comfortable temperature, preventing discomfort. When you leave the sauna, remove your hat carefully. If it's too hot, wait a few minutes for the hat to cool down before touching it. After use, let the sauna hat dry naturally. Avoid using hairdryers or direct heat, as this can damage the felt. Hand wash if necessary with cold water and leave to dry in the shade.
